I've been in contact with Nexon support about the previously 'failed cash shop transfer event' (their wording).
Nexon support advised I create a thread here to continue discussion. Currently, it seems Nexon does not plan to provide compensation and has asked to keep an eye out for future cash shop transfer events. There was some movement on Reddit about this so I wanted to make an official post here.
