In terms for Non-Reboot worlds:
~ Making all of the cubes cost mesos and setting a mesos cap is really good for the game.
This is because Non-Reboot has an economy, so increasing the value of mesos is a good thing and it helps balance out Frenzy Totem, making the game playable for new, returning, and casual players with lower costs in the mesos market and able to actually progress their characters since now everyone on Non-Reboot can buy cubes.

~ Non-Reboot should still have the option between having the choice to have save function cubes and no save function cubes at a lower mesos cost, the player should have the freedom to decide to save on mesos and lose their current potential or spend more mesos and have the choice between current or new potential.

In terms of Reboot worlds:
~ This is the worst possible thing ever to add a mesos cap and reduce Reboot mesos gain!
This is because Reboot worlds have no economy! Every meso you make on Reboot is locked to that account and Reboot worlds need the increased mesos gain because there is no trading on Reboot so mesos is the only way to progress, the game would become way to grindy and unplayable and have people quitting as a result.

Not to mention, the severe backlash you will receive if you tried to implement a mesos nerf with a mesos cap, both of which makes no sense whatsoever to do on a world that has no trade and you have to progress your character on your own, mesos are all locked away on each account and cannot be given over to another player.

Reboot is supposed to be more single player RPG progression with social aspects mixed in, so that solo progression should have a satisfying level of grind to it without feeling like it is impossible to progress.

Nexon should get ahead of this and say there will be no Reboot mesos nerf or mesos cap or you will have a very angry mob the more people find out about this. While giving context of what is happening in KMS at the same time for those that do not know, but do give the changes for non-Reboot worlds because that would actually improve the gameplay experience over there.

I disagree that Reboot is "Single Player RPG progression", while it can be that's not the point of the server.
More accurate would be to say it is that whatever is on your account, you worked for and earned though.
(Aside from carries, but even those have to be "earned" now.)
Other than that paragraph, I fully agree.
