Add a Rapid-Fire Option to Lynn

Similar to Wild Hunter, add an option to right-click the main bear attack skill to turn it into a rapid-fire option, similar to Hawk Mode's Attack Formation and preferably have it bird themed still.

Basically players would have the option to have a burst-fire (bear) or rapid-fire (bird) type of attack skill based on preference. With the rapid-fire type will always be max attack speed like all of the other skills of this type.
