I am currently having a trouble doing 'Small Fortune' mission because I have a poor connection that constantly dc me.
If I remember correctly, quests like this can be repeated until you succeed. But this one does not reappear if you fail it. Is this intended?

    Go into your questlist and forfeit the quest, it should reappear after you do this.
