Key binding bug

Brief bug summary: Have been unable to bind anything to the K key since v249. The key was used for skills universally between all my characters and a majority of them have had the keybind removed and I'm unable to put anything else on said key. When attempting to do so it'll flash for less than a second before going away. Even when using the keyboard presets button where I know K is bound to something there the K key goes away instantly.
When trying to put K in the quickslots at the bottom right and putting a button down there the same thing happens.
Seems to fix itself if you reset your entire keyboard option though.
