Star Force Changes and Improvements
The goal here would be to make Starforce better to upgrade off events to be less reliant on Sunny Sunday starforce events, but still keep Sunny Sundays to be as or more exciting than it currently is.
The other focus is aiding new, casual, and returning players out rather than veterans of the game to help a new player get into the game faster to catch up to where everyone else is.

~ Sunny Sunday to get 1 extra Star with successful Star Rank Ups below 10 Stars would be removed.
~ Sunny Sunday for 30% Mesos discount on Starforce costs would be removed.
~ Sunny Sunday for 100% success chance for ranking to 6, 11, and 16 stars would be removed.
~ Special Sunny Sunday for having 30% off and 5/10/15 at the same time would be removed.
In its place you have at baseline:
~ About 25% reduced mesos costs for starforcing for all stars between, and including, 1-20 stars.
~ Going from 5 Stars to 6 Stars success chance changed to 100%.
~ Going from 10 Stars to 11 Stars success chance changed to 75%.
~ Going from 15 Stars to 16 Stars success chance changed to 50%.
~ Going from 20 Stars to 21 Stars success chance changed to 25%.
~ Succeeding in Star Catch Mini-Game will additionally grant a new effect of when there is a successful star rank up, you have a 5% chance to receive an additional star rank up to go up +2 Stars instead of +1 Star.
New Starforce Sunny Sundays:
~ Sunny Sunday to triple the benefits for a successful Star Catch. The Star in Star Catch moves at 50% speed.
~ Sunny Sunday to reduce mesos cost by 15% with a 50% chance to reduce the cost by 50% instead.
~ Sunny Sunday to increase the success chance by an additional +25% for ranking up to stars 11, 16, and 21 and remove the mesos cost for ranking up to 6 stars.
~ Special Sunny Sunday grants the benefits of all 3 of these star force Sunny Sundays on the same day.

however i would suggest this to help out newers players
Sunny Sunday event
gear receive up to 3 star per successful starforcing(up to a maximum of 12 stars for boss gear and 15 stars for non-boss gear)
that exclude superior gear
additionnaly reduce the star force requirement a bit for starforce areas(some of them require way too much(as if were in a 10 years ago era)
a good 25% less required for all areas would help for current era
however an event that would make 25 star possible would be interesting

5% chance to add a star to any piece of gear, cost 20 billion mesos per attempt, max of 10 attempt per character this month)..average of 400 billion for 1 extra star
faillure of success will not drop star force nor explode it
