Lynn 6 min skill not dealing damage?

Not sure if Lynn's 6 minute burst is so weak that it basically does no damage or that the skill is bugged and actually is not dealing any damage.

I am going to assume the skill is bugged and either is not dealing damage or not dealing its proper amount of damage (the damage numbers do show up).

EDIT: It is just really low damage, no bug.
