Soft locked out of Moonbridge? How to walk back?

Is a level 250 character who didn't complete the Moonbridge quest line soft locked out of Moonbridge?

Take a character who could not defeat story Gloom and exited Moonbridge to do other Arcane River dailies. She reaches level 250 and all the level 245-249 guide buttons stop operating for her. The level 250-254 Labyrinth of Suffering guide buttons are also disabled.

If you level past the Morass guide button without completing all Morass quests, you can still take a long walk back to the flying fish in Arcana: Cavernous Cavern.

If you level past the Esfera guide button without completing all Esfera quests, you can still take a long walk back to the door in Morass: Abandoned Area 4.

But if you level past the Moonbridge guide button without completing all Moonbridge quests, there's no portal in Esfera: Base Camp, nor Living Spring, nor Radiant Throne, that goes back to Moonbridge. (Nor any route in Sellas, as far as I can see.)

The Boss contents window is also no help. Without having defeated story Gloom, the boss window's Gloom buttons are all disabled.

So is there any way to walk back to Moonbridge?

    Go to Ereve, Sky Ferry, talk to the Cygnus guard (The human one) on the lower platform and he will take you to outpost, from there you can get to Moonbridge by taking the right portal to the White Spear.

    The Sky Ferry to Outpost route worked.

    This wouldn't be such a problem if the Arcane River quests unlocked their Maple Guide destinations at the start of the questline and not the end, like New Leaf City does.
