Hair/face transfer coupon

Would love to have the hair transfer coupon return, and maybe a face transfer too. Through events like the Midnight Carnival - Nautilis event would be nice, but I'd also buy them straight from the cash shop.

    I am hoping we still get a night troupe event this year and we just get it all at the same time as TMS

    hair/face transfer event again be nice too
