Bishop Utility Skill Improvements

It is time for the healer to become a healer again!

A core aspect to be improved upon is that Bishop needs to be in full control of all supportive aspects for her party members and remove all control away from party members needing to play an active role in order to receive the benefits of the Bishop's supportive skills.


All skill values are based on max rank of that skill.

Heal:
~ Cooldown removed.
~ No longer burst heals at all. Still deals the same damage to Undead Monsters on every cast.
~ Now applies a healing buff to nearby party members and self of 10% HP per second for 15 seconds, duration increases further with buff duration.

This will make Bishop's heal actually usable for modern MapleStory with providing an active healer role.

Dispel:
~ Cooldown increased to 90 seconds.
~ Removes most abnormal status for nearby party members and self (same effect as current).
~ New Effect: Grants 5 seconds of abnormal status immunity to nearby party members and self, duration increases further with buff duration.
~ Every abnormal status removed and/or negated by Dispel will reduce the cooldown of Dispel by 3 seconds.

An abnormal status immunity buff makes Dispel usable for modern MapleStory since this is a proactive aspect rather than an reactive aspect.

Holy Fountain:
~ Cooldown reduced to 30 seconds.
~ Duration is 60 seconds.
~ Effect is changed to provide 10% HP healing per second to party members and self that are near the fountain.

The Bishop decides the placement of the fountain, but now the Bishop has control to provide additional healing for her party members rather than needing to push an up arrow (which never happens ever by the way unless the player also mains a Bishop) to get healed.

Holy Magic Shell:
~ Initial heal increased from 50% HP to 100% HP.

So that Bishop still has a full burst heal skill at the ready.

Holy Water:
~ Active changed to providing a buff to nearby party members and self of increased healing from all healing effects of 10% +1% per 2,500 INT for 10 seconds per Holy Water consumed, up to 50 seconds, duration increased further with buff duration.

This skill currently sucks with dropping Holy Waters on the ground that party members need to use the up arrow on to consume.
This way it provides an active role on the Bishop's part, full control over their own utility that they provide, and offer an unique party buff effect of increased healing rather than granting a direct source of healing to better compliment a healer's skill kit.



P.S. Lynn needs her healing skills and dispel buff to be able to be increased further in duration by buff duration!
