Allow Orbital Flame, Orbital Inferno, and Phoenix Drive to be able to be cast in all 8-directions from all 4-directions.

This might be a very small thing, but it would just be a very fun thing to allow Blaze Wizard to fire her fire balls in the diagonal directions as well. It might not actually do anything outside of maybe very niche scenarios, but it would improve the overall enjoyment of Blaze Wizard by expanding on the juggling aspect further just for the player to have some mindless fun!
