Typo in Heroes of Maple Act 2

Bug type: Typo
Brief bug summary:
1. A typo in the dialogue for The Demon in Act 2 of Heroes of Maple. Says "YI believe ..." instead of what is assumed to be "I believe ..."
2. Random "are" inserted in sentence later in the Act.
3. Missing "I" at the start of the sentence.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play Heroes of Maple Act 2 until you reach the dialogue with the issue

Character level: 262

Character job: Kaiser
