Missing Superior Hunter title

I haven't been on the game for years, but i started playing again some events ago. I was recently wondering why I can't do any of the silent crusade, I looked at my completed quests list and it seems that I have finished the silent crusade story quest that gives out the title apparently many years ago, 2012 in fact. I even have the Platinum Cross Ring in my inventory, that tells me I finished the quest, however the ring was just one of the rewards, the other was the Superior Hunter title, I do not have it in my inventory, just the capable hunter. did a bug delete it or something? did I even receive the title in the first place (doesn't remember)?

Character level: 261

Character job: Shadower

World name: Elysium

Date and time of the incident: quest completed 2012/2/7 but just recently realized that i don't have the Superior Hunter title so i don't know what to put for time of the incident.
