Tera blink stuck on autobuff quest

picture pretty much says it all, it keeps saying i dont have any autobuffs on the pet
i have tried taking them off, leaving the map and returning but it keeps saying it like it would be maplestory customer support on an issue

    The NPC gives you a special skill, look it up on first tab where your link skills are, you need that new skill to put it in the autobuff slot of the new Hat Pet the npc gives you.
