Interactive Totem and Heroic Totem

This idea is for spawn enhancing totems to return in a much different way than what we have had before. Two different totems that act completely different to each for Interactive and Heroic, big reason is server stability cannot handle Heroic's population with a spawn and spawn rate increasing effect.


Interactive Totem:

This will be a permanent totem that you equip to one of your totem slots (Frenzy Totem and Interactive Totem cannot be equipped at the same time) and when equipped will offer an active skill that lets you summon the totem for 120 seconds, increasing the spawn by 50% and spawn rate by 50%.

This totem will have permanent stats when equipped granting the holder:
+30% Normal Monster Damage
+20% Item Drop Rate when killing Normal Monsters
Passive: Gain an additional +30% Item Drop Rate when killing Normal Monsters, +10% Mesos Obtain, and +30% EXP per active party member on the same map as you.

This totem will be given to every character for free, but there is a catch...

The Interactive Totem while summoned will slowly drain its energy, the energy has a maximum limit of 3,600 seconds (60 minutes), so you can choose to use this totem to speed up your dailies and then do 30 minutes on coupons after every day since the energy only drains while the totem is actually summoned.

The energy metre will refresh to full with daily reset.

To get more totem time there are two ways to do so:

1. The interactive way of rotating totem summon time with other users and work together to give each other more spawn enhancement.

2. Pay Maple Points to refresh your totem energy.



Heroic Totem:

This will be a permanent totem that when equipped and summoned will bring back the days of old Reboot monsters, but purely optional if the player does not want to face stronger monsters.

This totem will have permanent stats when equipped granting the holder:
+10% Item Drop Rate when killing Normal Monsters
+10% Mesos Obtain
+10% EXP Obtain


Active Skill:
Summon your Heroic Totem for 120 seconds, warping the atmosphere around you causing yourself to deal -75% Final Damage, take 25% more damage, and increase minimum damage dealt to yourself to 2% of your max HP in order to gain +100% Item Drop Rate when killing Normal Monsters, +100% Mesos Obtain, and to double your total EXP earned. If the monster is not a Starforce, Arcane, or Sacred Monster, then triple your total EXP earned instead of double.

[NOTE: The item drop rate, mesos obtain, and exp increase all might not be good enough with such a severe final damage penalty and taking more damage (minimum damage dealt is mainly for arcane river monsters).]

This totem will be given to every character for free, and unlike the Interactive Totem does not have an energy system since there is such a severe penalty upon the player while active. The energy system is also there to help promote interactive gameplay which does not make sense for a focus on solo progression that Heroic Worlds offer.
