Add face and hair transfer coupon

It would be really nice to have a coupon in the cash shop that allows us to either transfer a face or hair from one character to another. Its already really hard to get a specific face/hair from the cash shop and its kind of frustrating to be waiting for that specific hair/face when another character that we have has it and we just want to transfer them into our main character.
