This concept would offer a drastically different and unique gameplay loop than other jobs in the game.

How it would work is that you have a core toggle skill that will place you into either Gravity or Anti-Gravity Mode.

Gravity mode will ground you and be good for bossing with its very low mobility for you and the boss.

Anti-Gravity will be mostly used for mobbing by placing you in a flight-like state using a core skill that can be held down and fired in one of eight directions to accelerate your momentum and using this skill against your momentum path will decelerate your momentum, this core skill will be used to also turn and navigate your character and you won't be able to move through directional keys directly while in Anti-Gravity mode. You can freely move through all platforms (excluding things like the ground / bottom floor) like you were flying.

Both Gravity and Anti-Gravity Modes provides super stance (immunity to all knockback effects) to your character, but Gravity Mode can allow super stance for your party members as well providing unique party utility.

Concept Skill Kit is below, mainly for creative fun, but helps provide fresh ideas for the development team:

[Only relevant skills will be mentioned.]
[There is no vertical or horizontal jumping skills.]

Job 0:

Gravity Modification Device:
Passive: Gain immunity to all knockback effects.

TOGGLE ON: Enter Anti-Gravity Mode, able to float, carry over momentum, and pass through most platforms, but cannot control your character directly.
You are in Gravity Mode while Anti-Gravity Mode is turned off.

Job 1:

Wave Blaster:
Hold down the skill key to consume MP per second and fire waves of energy in a cone in one of eight directions, dealing damage to up to 6 monsters.

While in Anti-Gravity Mode, begin to accelerate in the opposite direction that you fire Wave Blaster in, decelerate by firing Wave Blaster against your current momentum, and turn by firing Wave Blaster in a sideways direction to your current momentum.

Jetpack Booster:
Hold down the jump key or skill key to consume 5% MP per second to begin flying upwards, can freely move left and right while flying.
Jetpack Booster can only be used while in Gravity Mode.

[NOTE: Jetpack Booster always moves at maximum speed.]

Job 2:

Pulse Blaster:
Blast a pulse of energy around you, dealing damage to up to 12 monsters.

If in Anti-Gravity Mode, halt all of your current momentum.
If in Gravity Mode, make struck party members immune to all knockback effects for 5 seconds.

Cooldown: 6 seconds.

Passive: Increase the range and damage of Wave Blaster further.

Gravity Slam:
Quickly dash downwards, dealing damage and stunning up to 8 monsters for 4 seconds, including boss monsters, the same monster can be stunned once every 15 seconds.

If in Anti-Gravity Mode, dash downwards a set distance.
If in Gravity Mode, dash all the way to the nearest floor and create an explosion upon impact.

Job 3:

Force Blaster:
Toggle: Create a zone of energy around you draining MP per second, dealing damage per second to monsters within the zone.

If in Anti-Gravity Mode, colliding with a Normal Monster directly will deal significant damage to it.
If in Gravity Mode, the zone of energy will slow monsters by 50%, including boss monsters.

Passive: Increase the range and damage of Wave Blaster and Pulse Blaster further.

Gravitational Voltage:
Create a gravity zone on the nearest floor below you for 30 seconds [increased with buff duration] that grants party members +1% Final Damage per second for 2 seconds, up to 20% Final Damage, and causes all monsters to take damage per second and unable to use mobility skills [i.e. if a boss can teleport, dash, vanish, etc. they are restricted from using these skills] while within the zone.

Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Job 4:

Turret Blaster:
Create an automatic turret that remains at the created location for 60 seconds.

If in Anti-Gravity Mode, Turret Blaster can only be used while in the air, deals damage to all monsters around it and has a short range.
If in Gravity Mode, Turret Blaster can only be used while on the ground, deals damage to 1 monster at a rapid fire rate, prioritizing the monster with the highest HP, and has a long range.

Passive: Increases the range and damage of Wave Blaster, Pulse Blaster, and Force Blaster further.

Gravitational Bomb:
Propel a bomb causing it to explode in a large area upon contact with a monster or the ground, dealing damage to up to 8 monsters and vacuuming in monsters in a larger radius.
This skill can be held down to rapid cast Gravitational Bomb one after another.

If in Anti-Gravity Mode, propel Gravitational Bomb below you.
If in Gravity Mode, propel Gravitational Bomb forward.

Prepare a Gravitational Bomb every 6 seconds, up to 8 Gravitational Bombs can be help at one time.

Hyper Skills:

Passives:

1: Wave Blaster, Pulse Blaster, Force Blaster, and Turret Blaster gains +20% Damage.
2: Wave Blaster, Pulse Blaster, Force Blaster, and Turret Blaster gains +20% Ignore Enemy Defense.
3: Wave Blaster, Pulse Blaster, Force Blaster, and Turret Blaster gains +1 attacks.

4: Gravitational Voltage range and duration is increased by 50%, but maximum party Final Damage is decreased by -5%.
5: Gravitational Voltage party Final Damage applies 100% faster and duration increased to 5 seconds, but maximum party Final Damage is decreased by -5%.
6: Gravitational Voltage causes monsters to no longer apply touch damage.

7: Gravitational Bomb prepares -2 seconds faster.
8: Gravitational Bomb can have +2 more held at one time.
9: Gravitational Bomb has reversed propulsion. Gravity Mode propels behind you and Anti-Gravity Mode propels above you.

Actives:

1: Gravitational Pole:
Create a Gravitational Pole at the casted location for up to 300 seconds, maximum 3 can be in play at one time.
Party members can fly by holding the jump key near a Gravitational Pole.

While in Anti-Gravity Mode, upon entering the space near a Gravitational Pole, your momentum is retained and you enter orbit for 1 second before being sent away.
While in Gravity Mode, Jetpack Booster's MP consumption is reduced to 1% MP per second while flying near a Gravitational Pole.

Can only be used while airborne, cannot cast to close to an existing Gravitational Pole or near the bottom ground.

2: Laws of Gravity:
For up to 10 seconds, become invincible and pull in all monsters around you, effect is weakened against applicable boss monsters.
Cast again to end this effect early.

Cooldown: 120 seconds.

3: Mass Fluxing:
Toggle: Self and party members near you will alternate gaining +10% Final Damage for 6 seconds and losing -10% Final Damage for 4 seconds.

This skill cannot be turned off while Final Damage is being depleted.

Job 5:

1: Reflective Blaster:
Passive: While using Wave Blaster, when the waves reach their maximum range, they bounce back towards self, dealing a different amount of damage.

2: Laser Show:
Create 10 devices in random locations within a large area for 30 seconds, quickly firing lasers among the devices, dealing damage to struck monsters.

While in Anti-Gravity Mode, the devices are scattered around you.
While in Gravity Mode, the devices are scattered around the monster with the largest HP.

Cooldown: 60 seconds.

3: Gravitational Hold:
Create an extremely large and powerful amount of energy from the top of your screen down to the bottom, dealing massive damage and stunning for 18 seconds to up to 15 monsters, the same monster can be stunned once every 90 seconds.

Cooldown: 180 seconds.

4: Ion Cannon:
Hold down the skill key for up to 12 seconds to create a large satellite to rain down a powerful laser, dealing a large amount of continuous damage to all struck monsters.
Take 50% less damage while Ion Cannon is active, including attacks that deal % HP.

While in Anti-Gravity Mode, the Ion Cannon is created at and follows your location.
While in Gravity Mode, the Ion Cannon is created above the monster with the highest HP.

Cooldown: 180 seconds.

The mobbing gameplay loop is to create a feeling like you are fighting in outer space and would be very floaty flight where you keep sliding everywhere and not precise like you were Illium.

ummm...Illium is a floaty with missile throwing

what i had in mind was more like a floaty fighter with lightning attacks....a hybrid between melee and mage(doing both type of fighting)

and what you want is a char that slide everywhere...would it be more like melee ? ranged ? support ?...maybe a type that swap between melee and ranged play every 1 min ?..i'am curious

To be fair, melee doesn't exist in the game anymore. This kit involves you being near the enemy, including being able to have ramming into the monster damage which you cannot get anymore melee than that.
