Heroic Worlds is massively behind in damage compared to Interactive World, for all stages of the game and especially for end game damage output. Now we do not need to match Interactive Worlds damage output, but we do need to get a lot closer in order for Heroic Worlds to be able to kill upcoming and future end game boss fights.

The very first KMST (Korea MapleStory Test Server) patch that change Reboot World's Damage passive from +1% Damage per 2 levels to +1% Final Damage per 2 levels as extreme as this may sound of a final damage increase actually is what Heroic Worlds not only currently needs, but still needs more than this and would still be behind in damage to Interactive Worlds (I would intentionally under shoot the needed damage a little bit and buff up later if needed, this is a lot better approach than over buff and need to correct with a nerf. Less damage than Interactive World's peak = never need to nerf the Heroic Passive in the future.).

Let's say we change Heroic passive back to +1% Final Damage per 2 character levels, still need a little bit extra to get somewhat close to Interactive World's damage.

The little extra could either be add on a base of +20% Final Damage with an additive stacking of +1% Final Damage per 2 levels (this is easily adjustable for possible future balancing).
OR boost total All Stat the character has (including normally non-multiplied stat from sources such as Symbols and Hyper Stats) by a certain % value, let's say 50% of your total gets added on as additional All Stat (example value only).

The reason for more All Stat is for Stat Scaling Abilities (such as Benediction) can have a similar value to Interactive Worlds based on that current stage of the game.

The more All Stat can either be real or ethereal based on your total all stat. Ethereal stat simply means it is not actually doing anything whatsoever outside of increasing what stat scaling abilities are scaling from. Example: If the Bishop has 60,000 INT and the Ethereal INT gives another 30,000 INT, your Benediction (ignoring the hard cap) would function like it was using 90,000 INT, but the Bishop still has the damage of a 60,000 INT mage.


In short:
1. Heroic Worlds need a lot more Final Damage for upcoming new bosses and content from KMS (Korea MapleStory).

2. Heroic Worlds need more stat for Stat Scaling Abilities like Bishop's Benediction.
