Luminous dark mode face restriction bug

Bug type: graphics?

Description: when Luminous class switches into dark mode, the face will change and his red eye will glow. There's supposed to be a skill that restricts this- an on/off toggle in the first skill tab- but I've never gotten it to work. I've toggled it on in light, off in light, on in dark, off in dark, and no matter what pattern I try there never seems to be a difference. The face still changes in dark mode when I'd rather it never switch.

Let me know if I'm missing something obvious here
