Black Heaven Disconnects / Bans

Hello all,

Having to make a post as Nexon has told me in a ticket they don't consider bug reports factual unless posted on the forums, despite having reddit posts and discussions in the Discord backing me up regarding this issue.

For the past while I've been getting disconnected due to suspicious activity in most of the Black Heaven maps, mostly the interior of the ship maps, mainly the Maze maps but has happened on most of them. Happens anywhere from 1 - 4 times per week. There was a small point where nothing happened but it seems to be back. This has been an ongoing issue for years with no word on it. Only suggestion Nexon can provide is trying to disable Windows Processes in Boot Mode one at time and testing to see if that fixes it, as apparently Windows Processes are getting flagged as third party cheat software? This makes no sense in my mind, this would affect the entire game, no? Not just these specific maps.

Regardless, I'm not about to spend days / weeks testing their theory out, and when questioned about testing, they said they have thoroughly tested and had no results. Not able to tell me what Windows Processes they found were affecting this issue. So if no testing was fruitful, and they have no evidence of Processes affecting the maps, then why ask me to spend that time doing something for nothing?

If anyone's experienced this issue, be it years ago or still happening to you now, please chime up so Nexon can see there is an actual issue.
