Ride of die event: serious bug, unable to do quest

when i try to use those event coins, it give me this

i cant claim those coins

So after i participated the Ride or die event from Light bulb at left side of screen then watch the intro and yt video cutscene.
after that there was Althea's hologram with light bulb and the something quest lv200 but i went away from keyboard before accept the quest.
When i'm back the quest is just gone and Althea just throw me right to boss dungeon without that quest or anything else.
so i can just fight boss, get coin but no reward

Character name: RubyMeAxe

Character level: 261

Character job: Hero

World name: Kronos i think? the most populate heoric one, whatever its name

Date and time of the incident: found out like 10min before post this

Edit1: i just found out it's a well known bug
Edit2:it's happening to the preserving secret records event quest too
