Infinity and Unreliable Memory Rework

The thing I hate about playing the explorer mages the most is the annoyance of Infinity management and the fact that all of your damage is based on Infinity.

What I like to see is Infinity gets turned into a passive offering the same effects as it does now, but has an unique scaling mechanic where the power increases with buff duration; so 100% buff duration would double the power of this passive Infinity, rather than affect the duration since the passive Infinity would always be active.

And then Unreliable Memory is reworked into Unreliable Infinity, the selection skill is removed, and this will always give the user ramping Final Damage for a duration with a rule breaking mechanic where it works with buff duration to scale the duration further (so like how it works now). The cooldown is the unreliable part with a random cooldown amount every time you use it, like how Unreliable Memory works now.

Different look to the rework ideas:

Infinity:
Reworked:
Passive: Grants self 30% Final Damage and restores 3% HP and 1% MP every second. Final Damage from this skill is increased further based on your own Buff Duration value.

Unreliable Infinity:
Renamed and Reworked:
Active: Grants self 10% Final Damage that periodically increases over the duration, up to 40% Final Damage, for 41 seconds. This duration increases further based on your own Buff Duration value.

Passive: Grants self +30 INT.

How long this skill goes on cooldown for is random based on set probabilities.
