The main reasoning why people that do not do the Guild Castle Weekly Mission and progress their Personal Research is the fact that they do not feel it is worth doing.

So instead of playing soft with the rewards and what it gives, it is time to really crank things up and make players think Nexon is the most generous company to ever exist for the first time ever! Make the customer happy and in return you make the money.

With how long it takes to do the research, the rewards should feel far beyond more than generous because:
1. The player needs to play for multiple months and years to get deep in the Personal Research skill tree so they are invested into the game already.
2. By the time you level up your Personal Research a lot of the rewards are no longer good anymore or never could be utilized at all. This means rewards need to be made where they can still be utilized for years to come so that Weekly Reward is always exciting and leveling up every EXP skill is always good for the future.

Here are the things that need to be buffed up:

~ Every Red Flame needs to be CHANGED TO Non-Transferable Karma Black Flames, and the weekly quantity increased slightly as well.

~ Every Hard/Solid Cube needs to be CHANGED TO Non-Transferable Karma Bright Cubes, and the weekly quantity increased slightly as well.
- NOTE: Interactive Worlds could receive a mix of Bright Cubes and Bonus Bright Cubes.

~ Every Arcane Symbol Coupon and Sacred Symbol Coupon needs to be CHANGED TO Untradable Symbol Selector Coupons at the 5:1 rate (one coupon gives 5 Arcane Symbols or 1 Sacred Symbol). And ensuring the coupons can be consumed all at once in bulk and not one at a time.

~ Sol Erda Fragments roughly doubled to better compete against regular farming for fragments.

~ Every Miracle Circulator gets a new change where you receive a selector coupon that allows the player to choose between 1x Miracle Circulator or 10x Medal of Honours (10,000 Honour EXP each for 100,000 Honour EXP total).

The reason for these changes is so that they are always useful for the player since Black Flames and Bright Cubes have the save function and thus can be used on any equipment at any point in the game regardless of the character's current progression.

While the change to Symbol Selector Coupons instead of Arcane/Sacred Symbol Coupons directly is so that these items can be used for a very long time even after you max out all of your Arcane Symbols.

Lastly, Miracle Circulators are great for tiering up your inner ability to legendary rank and rolling for your first line, but terrible beyond this point and become worthless. Allowing the player to choose between a Miracle Circulator or Honour EXP makes this reward be exciting for a lot longer as honour EXP is needed for rolling the inner ability's 2nd and 3rd lines.

~ Every "Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies X" skill will additionally give a little bit of extra EXP to EVERY map inside of the Cache in addition to the EXP it gives to that map directly so that these skills are always worth and are exciting to level even if you are past that area's level already when the skill got unlocked (and all future additions as well will receive the same effect).
: Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies 1 will give 100/150/200% exp to Arcane Power Area 1 and 10/20/30% exp to every map inside of the Cache.
: Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies 2 will give 100/200/300% exp to Arcane Power Area 2 and 10/20/30% exp to every map inside of the Cache.
: Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies 3 will give 100/200/300% exp to Arcane Power Area 3 and 10/20/30% exp to every map inside of the Cache.
: Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies 4 will give 100/200/300% exp to Sacred Power Area 1 and 10/20/30% exp to every map inside of the Cache.
: Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies 5 will give 100/200/300% exp to Sacred Power Area 2 and 10/20/30% exp to every map inside of the Cache.
: Weekly Mission: Dragon Studies 6 will give 100/200/300% exp to Sacred Power Area 3 and 10/20/30% exp to every map inside of the Cache.

Again, this makes every skill worthy to level eventually for the player and removes any dead skills and rewards. And the EXP will be, in total at the current skills, an additional +180% EXP you get from monsters from the Cache within any map.

Now, with the addition of more skills added to the Personal Research the research time also needed to come down. This includes all future updates to Personal Research as well for new and returning players can realistically progress their research as a type of catch-up mechanic.

[From how the tree is displayed visually:]

~ Roughly the top one-third of skills' research time reduce to 3 days from 7 days.
This is everything above, and including, the skill "Weekly Mission: Buff Support".

~ Roughly the middle one-third of skills' research time reduce to 5 days from 7 days.
This is everything below "Weekly Mission: Buff Support" and above, and including, "Weekly Reward: Default Distribution Amount Enhancement 5".

~ Everything below "Weekly Reward: Default Distribution Amount Enhancement 5" will remain with 7 days research time for now until more new skills get added in the future.

As new skills get added in the future, all of these research times will be quickened further and the new skills that got added will be 7 days research time.

Multi-Characters Guild Castle Progression Support:

Begin with Weekly Reward:

~ Weekly Reward CHANGED TO being once per week per world to being once per week per character.

This means, if that particular character did Weekly Mission in the previous week then that same character can claim Weekly Reward in the current week.

Example: You have a Bishop, Night Lord, Ark, and Illium, and you did Weekly Mission in the previous week for your Bishop, Ark, and Illium then in the current week you can claim all of the Weekly Rewards for your Bishop, all of the Weekly Rewards for your Ark, AND all of the Weekly Rewards for your Illium all in the same week, but your Night Lord CANNOT claim the Weekly Reward because he did not complete the Weekly Mission in the previous week.

Weekly Mission Cache monsters kill requirement reduction to 1,000 monsters from 5,000 monsters.

This will help players that do not have much time in that particular week to still be able to complete their Weekly Mission and keep up progression of their Personal Research.

Cache Monster EXP is for every character!

I feel there should still be some decision making in who gets the most EXP, but it should not be a case where one character gets all the EXP and all the others get nothing.

~ World Monsters are still shared across the world and is still 5,000 monsters. The change will be...

~ Extra Monsters to kill that are unlocked from Personal Research are ONLY for THAT PARTICULAR CHARACTER and this pool of monsters are drawn from first BEFORE the Shared World Monsters pool gets depleted (if any remain for that week).

This means one character, at the current cap of 10,000 total monsters (+5,000 from Personal Research Skills), can kill 10,000 monsters of EXP still, but every other character (assuming the skills are maxed out) can still kill 5,000 monster that same week for half the EXP that the focused character received.
Half the EXP because that character killed half the monsters of 10,000 which is 5,000 monsters (per monster kill always gives the full amount of EXP).

This way it supports players to realistically be able to progress more than one character at a time instead of only allowing one character to progress while everyone else stays mostly stagnant.
