Randomly getting dc during specific time and ban

Following the recent patch, numerous players have been experiencing disconnections (DC) at specific times during the day, particularly around XX:18. This issue persists regardless of whether players switch characters or use different PCs. Some have attempted to resolve the problem by reinstalling the game, verifying game files, or repairing the client, yet the disconnections continue. Unfortunately, these repeated disconnections have resulted in 7-day bans for affected players.

To provide clarity, I am including a sample video demonstrating a player being disconnected without the use of any third-party applications that could potentially trigger Nexon's security system. This evidence highlights the issue and suggests that the disconnections may not be related to player actions or external software.
