It be nice to add more to Inner Ability so that players can have a greater sense of personal character customization to meet their playstyle better.

Currently the system feels very limiting with no options for the freedom of choice and you are doing the same thing for the most part based on that class.


Cooldown Reduction %:
Maximum Legendary Tier Value: 8% Cooldown Reduction
Maximum Unique Tier Value: 3% Cooldown Reduction
Cannot be acquired for Epic Tier or lower.

Cooldown Reduction Flat:
Maximum Legendary Tier Value: -5 seconds Cooldown Reduction
Maximum Unique Tier Value: -2 seconds Cooldown Reduction
Cannot be acquired for Epic Tier or lower.

Damage Reduction (includes % HP attacks):
Maximum Legendary Tier Value: 12% Damage Reduction
Maximum Unique Tier Value: 5% Damage Reduction
Maximum Epic Tier Value: 2% Damage Reduction
Cannot be acquired for Rare Tier.

Healing Every Second:
Maximum Legendary Tier Value: 10% HP Healing Every Second. Healing from this ignores all anti-healing mechanics. [Exclusive function for Legendary Tier only.]
Maximum Unique Tier Value: 5% HP Healing Every Second.
Maximum Epic Tier Value: 2% HP Healing Every Second.
Cannot be acquired for Rare Tier.

Party Final Damage:
Legendary Tier Value: Gain +2% Final Damage for every party member there is, up to 10% Final Damage. Does not include self.
Cannot be acquired for Unique Tier or lower.

Solo Final Damage:
Legendary Tier Value: Gain +10% Final Damage. Lose -3% Final Damage for every party member there is, up to -15% Final Damage. Does not include self.
Cannot be acquired for Unique Tier or lower.


Defensive and utility effects need to be strong in order to realistically compete against the damage giving alternatives.

Party Final Damage would be cool as an option for those that like bossing with others while Solo Final Damage be cool for those that would like to try to solo everything.

Keep in mind these are Legendary Tier only so they will replace other priority lines like +1 Attack Speed or 20% Chance to Skip Cooldowns. But this will help level out the playing field for classes that benefit from attack speed inner ability vs those that have no legendary inner ability that is exciting for them.
