Mo Xuan, Lara, and Khali Link Skills Make Level 3

These are all skills that should be boosted up a bit to better compete to the other options, with Khali's Link Skill also needing substantial improvements as well.

Mo Xuan and Lara should have their values increased one extra tier based on the level up scaling so that they are more in line with the other Damage % / Boss Damage % link skills in the game like Ark, Demon Avenger, and Demon Slayer.

Lara is in the unique place of having the mobbing link skill, but as this mostly gives normal monster damage it should be definitively better than the other damage % link skills when it comes to mobbing specifically.

Khali (and most of the other utility link skills) should be improved substantially to better compete against their damage giving options.

Khali's Link Skill:
Rework and Level 3 Addition for GMS:
Passive: Gain 3/5/7% damage. Restore 6/12/18% HP and 3/6/9% MP every 5 seconds.
Cooldown: Removed.
Duration: Removed.

This would become a nice and clean regeneration giving link skill, and making it more tempting to pick over a higher damage giving link skill done this way. The other utility link skills also need to be brought as well to be competitive with the damage link skills.
