Does anyone else have this problem? I tried everything and am still STUCK!

Bug type: Sia unable to proceed with [Temple of Time] Memory Keeper quest

Brief bug summary: My Sia is not able to proceed with the [Temple of Time] Memory Keeper quest. After the quest is accepted, the objective in the quest UI says "A Fresh Start for Old Beginnings" but there not indication of how to start this quest.

More details: From experience of my other characters, you either need to speak to the NPC that did your first job advancement or for newer classes that doesn't have a job instructor, a quest bubble is supposed to show up on your character's head. After going through some dialogue, the quest is completed and we can move on to the frozen portion of the Temple of Time questline. Sia is stuck at the part where she has no job instructor or first job NPC, talking to Sirius in Oort doesn't work, and she has no quest bubble on top of her head. PLEASE FIX THIS, YOU KNOW WE NEED TO FINISH THIS QUESTLINE FOR 5TH JOB!!!

Steps to reproduce: I have forfeited the [Temple of Time] Memory Keeper quest multiple times, I have logged off and then re-accepted the quest, I have switched characters to and back and then re-accepted the quest, I even did all other Temple of Time quests before forfeiting and re-accepting the quest but nothing worked.

Character level: 142

Character job: Sia Astelle

World name: Interactive-Challenger

Date and time of the incident: 06/15/2025 5:00PM CST
