Can't open the Compensation box

When I try to open the Compensation Box we received after the large patch, it says: You can't use it right now. Try again later.

Character name: SuperNoobGod

Character level: 281

Character job: Buccaneer

World name: Kronos

    The compensation box can't be opened. I double-click it and get the following message:

    You can't use it right now. Try again later.

    The worst part is that the box is going to disappear soon, and I haven't claimed all the items in it.

    I was going to add another post regarding this but it has been, indeed, already reported, I haven't claimed all items inside yet since I was trying to stretch the items' durations, but I haven't been able to open it for days. The message "You can't use it right now. Try again later." appears all the time, I have tried with several characters in my account.

    The only items I had claimed of it was the Sol Erda, and I was most interested in using the magnificents in hyper burning!

    this is intentionnal that it can't be open, NX disabled it due to a duping abuse with it, some ppl would get a ton of magnificient growth pot out of it

    unfortunetly, non-abuser also got caught in that crossfire

    Arwen with the amount of forum posts you have, how are you not aware of it trough friend chatting ? or even discord discussion on the maple discord ? you seem social enough to b the type hat would in the first to know

    with this said Inkwell is gonna give us an update soon about all the problems thats been ongoing, and we're very likely to receive another compensation box

    note: ppl who abused the compensation box glitch will likely receive a ban....so dont immitate them

    if we had been 16 years ago you would been just fine abusing glitches as NX didn't have the tools to detect it back then, but in today era ? forget it, they have the tools to detect abusers, so dont do it.....also back then they had a more laid back stance in that regard as players didn't care as much due to lack of awareness about these things....

    We literally have no clear communication from the GMs or technical support regarding this issue in the game, and many players are being negatively affected by this bug or the sudden closure of the compensation box.

    The current problems in the game are nothing new — for years there have been persistent errors and bugs, and it’s quite suspicious that players are the ones who always seem to discover them first.

    Personally, I don’t believe this is accidental. These types of bugs and issues appear to be deliberately caused or left unresolved by MapleStory’s technical staff, possibly to exploit the situation for external financial gain.

    As of today, the compensation box is missing, and there is absolutely no information from any official source. Despite all the money this game generates, not a single update has ever been properly implemented by the company.

    I’m not sure if I should share my problem here with my character ID and world, but I must say it’s unfair that players who don’t have time or easy access to support are being punished by bugs — not only related to the compensation box, but also in skills, storage issues, tickets, and purchases, which even result in items being deleted.
