Guild Growth?

Not sure if this is the proper category but ...My guild at level 21 accumulated enough to go to level 222. However, while the counter showing the point reset from needed about 585,000 to 610,00, the guild level remained at 21 rather than progression to level 22. In the past it automatically progressed. Did I do something wrong or is there a glitch of some sort? Thanks in advance for help and advice.
