Even with VIP booster at lvl227, the most I got out of it was barely 5% which is far from 1 level, hardly any "EXP matching your level" like the item description I'd say. It's also strange to me that the Arcana story quests at lvl225 only rewarded less than 1% EXP for each one I've finished, this makes absolutely no sense to me, 10% would have been better than nothing (Yes, 1% is just nothing). More and more I can see why someone like me would never want to try leveling to 260 ever again after doing it once. Personally, I don't do well as bossing, it's just not my type of game, I just enjoy more of the BGM, relaxing style in playing the questlines and going through some lovely, cute stories. Bossing can be fun, I can see that, but most of the time it's just too demanding for me, from the execution of certain skills to the close monitoring of your HP/ Pot usage, having to get the timing right just gets on my nerve so much that I stopped trying altogether after a few times I've done in the past. Now with the Burning, I am sure getting to lvl260 becomes very easy, I mean that's the purpose of the Burning event anyway, but realistically Burning is not going to be there 24/7/365, so for the long run I'd really suggest the devs look into how to make the contents more enjoyable without putting a chain or shackle on the users forcing them to play a certain way. Wanting us to spending NX for EXP coupons is understandable, but at least make the story line and quests more EXP rewarding for those who's after the beautifulness of the works/arts/etc, rather than just the fighting mechanics. I'm at 229 now, it seems way too far from 260 right now it's very discouraging to do grinding everyday just to get so little EXP on top of using the 3x coupons... you know, it's not just slow, it's extremely tedious, you can hardly call this a game anymore :/

Make sure you're doing your dailies + Monster Park (even more so on reboot) as this is where Nexon puts the majority of the EXP.
The way the game has gone, grinding is something you do in your downtime. While you're doing something else, between quests or bossing, etc.
Nexon could make grind more exciting by bringing social/party play back into it but given how long it's been and Nexon's continued pushing of soloing everything even bossing, this is unlikely.
The game is sadly single player with multiplayer tacked on at this point.

I also forgot to assign Morning Starlight Harvest. The coins and purchases were shared so i worked in Elysium and bought stuff on my Sia in CW. Also forgot to assign points there too so i was leaving mobbing EXP, Monster Park and dailies EXP bonuses on the table.

The experience needs to be permanently improved, like giving back the original hp and exp values that the reboot monsters had and buffing the final damage passive with a change to be a constant gradual increase.

The other part is an exp curve reduced for 1-210; further extended to a lesser degree of 210-260; and then a smoothed out curve for 260-280.

I went into more detail about both these parts in its own post.

Lastly, Sia herself is in a bad spot right now. She has a very defined role and unique play style on Maple M to her current GMS form of scuffed bishop with no support skills.
If Sia was properly translated over to be this super fun movement and gameplay loop, then you would be feeling different about leveling her.

    - All 3 of these points need to be addressed for a better leveling experience, 2 of which is for everyone. They do this and it will help the game really start growing again because we have been stagnating ever since they got rid of the stronger monsters because they were more satisfying to grind on since they could not be instantly one shot right away and they gave way more exp.

This made the game more enjoyable to play and feel better to play with the higher reward for every monster you killed. There is something satisfying about eventually killing that monster rather than instantly killing that monster, and if you want to fight weak monsters then that should be reserved for interactive worlds.

Basically new players don't follow big events. A new player will come and try the game at any point of the year, so the game should be always better to play and not just during majour events. This is how the game grows by just making an always good game to play, not a 'game' that hands out a bunch of stuff.
