Shorten BM reset

Hi,
my suggestion is to shorten the reset time from bm to bi-weekly or Weekly so. at the moment you have at best 12 times a year for a chance for a gene badge and then its rare. all other bosses are on a weekly base and there is stronger bosses now then bm. with the new lib in thought reduce the points u get from him by 50% to balance it out so people are not "too" quickly liberating
