Suggesting Darknell be removed from this event and the hardest boss be something more accessible . I think Cpap is reasonably hard also I think Events should not only benefit old players but the new players in the game. The old people are established we need to make rewards that are desirable by both old and new players and achievable by both old and new players. We also need to remove the time limit on these event items.

    Skip to conclusion at the bottom if you do not wish to read my arguments as why i want some bosses remove/added from it.... as well as my Observation of NX decisions

    i dont like bosses with too much rng either...but Zakum was too easy(although cheap skate for DA players)..probably why he was removed

    i also agree that Darknell should go...way too unfriendly for the event
    Slime was fine, it could return(so long as invert control can no longer occur during the Slime waves Phase(impossible to go back up otherwise)

    whats interesting about it is that NX chose bosses with only 1 Phase...so i'am guessing bosses with 2 Phase is a lot of extra coding
    so that exclude Lotus,Damien, Lucid, Will
    they also haven't pick any Grandis Boss or high end Arcane River Bosses, which may imply they didn't want to make it too hard on newer players not familiar to mechanics

    they added Magnus as replacement for the 2 removed boss but he's so rng unfriendly...and the blue barrier limited space to dps him is extremely awful with the massive rng stuff ongoing.....it was a rly poor pick as replacement

    i think Von Bon, Arkarium, Bean would make better candidates to be event friendly

    Crimson Queen would not work due to how breath and flame dot debuff work(meant to be tanked as a party)
    but were they to rework the breath attack to be tankable by a single player(make it deal 60-80% of the player HP) she would make a solid candidate for it... preferably
    60% for the Kazax version since there so much other crap on going on the map thats likely gonna hurt the player
    currently that breath attack deal approximetly 50,000 to 60,000 split among all party members hp...so if left as is it would 1 shot most classes
    the breath is an important mechanic that remove the flame dot debuff she apply(so it need to be adjusted to work)...thats why its necessary to do to work in Kazax event

    Pierre second half would not work unless removed the healing mechanic entirely...not to say thats a very obnoxious fight anyway with controls getting invert every moment...so even if they removed healing mechanic, i'd rather not see Pierre in it

    Von Leon, Hilla: too easy for this, i dont think they should add them

    remove Knell & Magnus(too much RNG)
    re-add Slime(after a minor tweak(no Invert Control during Slime Waves))
    add Von Bon, Bean, Arkarium
    add Crimson Queen(after tweaking Flame Breath damage)
    do NOT add Pierre(obnoxious), do NOT add Gollux(too hard), do NOT add Princess No(obnoxious)
    do NOT add Von Leon(too easy), do NOT add Hilla(too easy)
    dont bring back Zakum(too easy for non-DA and too hard againts DA players)
    Mori Ranmaru, probably a bad idea to add him(not familiar to his reworked mechanics so i can't rly give my thoughts about him )

    Most of the people I knew complained more about CSlime with the increased healing and CPap being notoriously hard er than the other bosses mentioned. The Kazax challenges made it easier to walk into hazards like the claws or make it harder to block laser FMAs. I was told this version of ROD2 is harder since players that were able to 1 burst S difficulty find themselves needing to 3-4 burst it.

    I did the bosses on the easiest mode and I was surprised darknell actually wasnt too hard , switched to second difficulty for magnus and couldnt do any damage to him so idk wth is going on during this event nexon is crazy

    You went up a difficulty. Why are you acting surprised to see that you couldn't make a dent when the boss's HP went up and probably its IED as well. These bosses HP were made for the event so the CVell here could be even stronger than a CGloom in normal gameplay. The way are you playing it, you should at least be able to claim the Legion piece assuming you remember to do most of the runs.

    NX boosted bosses hp to be a lot greater than last time.....honestly bad move...even if they reduced the challenge from 20 to 15....its still too much bs going on at once

    S Rank now require around 400-450 million CP now to 1 burst...up from 120-140 millions.......super high end
    A Rank gone up from 40 million to 1 burst to about 80-100 millions....with a fair bit of progress in fifth/sxth job
    B Rank probably was idk.....8 million and was increase to 20 millions ?

    yes thats rly whack but NX didn't like ppl 1 bursting it last event so they made them way more tanky despite the challenges poor design

    your only option is to progress...i was around 60-70M CP last time they had this event rolling...i'am currently at 126M(with a black heart equip)
    so......i'am still stuck in A rank difficulty because of that...with the upgrades i gotten since last time they had it i could of 1 burst S rank if they didn't increase it so drasticly

    No practice mode for X difficulty is so stupid. Also, being locked out for the week for losing 20 lives is lame. like why are they so concerned about making this such a challenge. relax nexon, you can keep the main game content super challenging at end game, why you make this event so anti-fun?

    also, honesty at this point i'd rather they not make the badge perm cause at this rate i don't think i'll be able to get one lol

    yeah i can understand not wanting people to one burst stuff but thats not every player dont think we should be balancing around unrealistic expectations. I also dont like that the cubes are timed. if they expire before we get the item to use it on it kinda sucks.
