How do I get the key for the bottommost lock?

Apparently thread titles have a character limit.

So I know the one a few up from the bottom is borked, but I still want to get the only other key I'm missing so I at least feel like I've sort of accomplished something.

Can anyone tell me how to get the key for the lock at the very bottom?

    Do you happen to remember which ones you HAVE gotten? I was pretty terrible at remembering which key was which, but remember which scenario was which.
