Brief bug summary:

Quest Info displays the quest as completed when its not.

More details:

I've replicated this bug twice, different times, servers and Sia characters.

Steps to reproduce:

After killing the 50 monsters (Fling), the quests completed changing NPC dialog and Quest info marks the items (Mortal Wish) as already having them despite having less than the required.

Character job: Sia Astelle

World name: Challenger (Heroic)
