I'm not getting a lightbulb above my characters head to complete the quest and forfeiting the quest doesn't reset it and going back in or out of the town/city isn't helping or if there is something I'm suppose to click to place the device I'm not seeing were I'm suppose to place it then and I'm not allowed/able to drop the device so that's not an option either.
