Bug type: Event progression/system bug

Brief bug summary: It is the last day of the event and all progress has been erased. All previously claimed items are now marked as unclaimed. Login Reward progress unaffected.

More details: All progression has for some reason been reset, except for the login accumulation time event. All previously claimed items show as unclaimed. The window acts as if my charatcter is just starting out for this event.

Steps to reproduce: Log in on Astelle character on 8/26/25, click on Event Star, click on Wish Upon a Shooting Star.

Character name: Astellaro

Character level: 237

Character job: Astelle

World name: Challenger World - Heroic

Date and time of the incident: 08/26/2025 9:00am CDT (event ends at 6:59pm CDT)
