(SOLVED) MISSING PURCHASED ITEMS IN AUCTION HOUSE

After the latest update preformed for August 27-28 2025 was completed, I was forced to join the Scania Server since Aurora was no longer. After settling my characters, I logged on into my level 233 Sia character called: "WishUponSky" which is the one I use to buy things in the auction house. But when I went to look for my RECENTLY purchased items, they were gone. I couldn't find them anywhere. I logged on into other characters, but it still showed up as empty. I'm so worried. Has this happened to someone else? Is there a fix? Or were they placed somewhere else? Please help. Thank you-

    I have the exact same problem. Made a ticket and they said they are looking into it but closed my ticket and its not even listed as a 'known issue" in the news. I know a few others who have their stuff missing. I was buying nx and gear for Len so was saving it there and now it's probably gone forever.

    It is insane that Nexon has not formally acknowledged this on the official "V.262 Known Issues" post

    Its been over two weeks. I sincerely hope whoever was impacted by this quits the game for good if Nexon does not make things right
