BUG(Cash Shop) Can't BUY platinum scissor of karma

from yesterday until now I can't buy PSOK from (Maple Reward points "shop")in the cash shop despite now that the maintenance for the cash shop is posted to be completed:

We will be performing a scheduled Cash Shop maintenance on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM CEST /10:00 PM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 1 hour, concluding around 6:00 AM PDT (9:00 AM EDT / 3:00 PM CEST / 11:00 PM AEST).

Thursday, August 28, 2025
PDT (UTC -7): 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
EDT (UTC -4): 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
CEST (UTC +2): 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

the error stated in game is this: due to an unknown error the cash shop request has failed: platinum scissors of karma
(I'm from scania)

    I'm having same issues. can't buy stuff from the reward shop at all.

    Same here, can't buy anything from the reward shop... Worst thing is, I need water of life T_T

    Yep.. I filed a ticket but time is running short.. perhaps it's intended.
    Can't use the RP to purchase Pet Snack.

    I have the same problem! We're hours away from the reset, and they haven't commented on it.

    The problem is that tons of Maple Rewards are going to expire, and obviously they're not going to do anything to recover them.

    This is definitely disrespectful to the time we dedicate to the game over a whole month.
