Heroic and Interactive Progression Improvement:
Not sure what to broadly call this, but this is improving starforce progression for Interactive Worlds only and increase the mesos multiplier on the boss crystals for Heroic Worlds to 6x with other boss reward improvements for Heroic.
HEROIC WORLDS:
Heroic World's boss crystal sell value increase from 5x to 6x to match the Heroic World's mesos multiplier passive.
Heroic World's boss rewards make everything drop for the client instead of being a mix of shared and client loot.
- This will allow people to have the option to solo or party play their bosses instead of feeling forced to solo every boss when the player wants to party boss because of ultra rare drops that are currently shared. This will make it where players can party together and if that drop drops for them, then it is theirs since no one else can see it and loot it.
INTERACTIVE WORLDS:
Since Interactive Worlds have trading, we don't want to increase the mesos to devalue the mesos, so instead let's have something where the players can consume less mesos which in turn raises the value of every meso made!
Interactive Worlds gain a new boss drop item that when in the character's inventory, will automatically be consumed with every starforce attempt to reduce the mesos cost by 50%. Possibly more of these items with different discount rates could be added in the future. Possibly this item or an item with a weaker discount could drop from regular monsters as well.
- If you don't want the item to be consumed while starforcing then place them in your storage.
~ This item can be obtained from every weekly and monthly boss fight.
- The range of drop chance varies between what boss you fight and its difficulty. For example, Chaos Zakum / Chaos Pink Bean could be a 5% chance to drop while Extreme Kaling is 100%, and all bosses will be somewhere in-between these values.
~ The stack limit for this item will be 9,999.
~ This item can be placed in storage and traded to other players. So if you want to make some extra mesos, can sell them at the market; example, if you sell them at roughly half of the average discount rate then the buyer is at least getting roughly 25% off starforce and you pocket some extra mesos for yourself.
~ This starforce discount coupon will be 50% of the total cost of the attempt, which means it discounts safeguard fees as well!
~ The coupons are permanent duration to reward the players for constantly playing the game, can save up a large pile of them, and then when a good starforce event happens they can full send!
I figured Interactive World players should get something to help them progress their equipment easier and Heroic Worlds should get some nice quality of life improvements to have bossing feel a little more rewarding, especially for party play.

Would it just be easier to just reduce it just reduce the attempt for star forcing instead of reintroducing an item with varying degrees of effectiveness since it reduces by % of the star force cost? The biggest issue reg has is having a ability to re roll their potentials and bonus potentials as F2P which why many of us would rather see Magic Wand be introduced.
The Karma Cubes from events and the reward shop's supply is too low to make any meaningful progress and Karma Cubes are too restrictive and cannot be used on items that are tradeable. Boss cubes and crafted Solid/Hard Cubes are untradeable and the only way you can cube another players's item is by selling cube service which can lead to scamming and extra PSOKs for sending and returning the item between already worn equipment. Even our paid cubes for bonus potential are entirely a gamble since you cannot pick the before or after. The biggest issues most players in reg have is not having access to good potentials and would like to have a tighter control on them using mesos instead of using just the methods above. The wand system would come with the starforce cost reductions as well since it also a meso based system like starforce.
