Crashing to Desktop When Attacking Boss Chests

Brief bug summary:
Attacking boss loot chests since the v262 patch has been occasionally disconnecting my Demon Slayer, and only my Demon Slayer.

More details:
On September 6th, attacking Hard Darknell and Hard Damien's chests crashed me. And on September 15th, attacking Hard Verus Hilla's chest crashed me. I thought it might've been a buggy interaction with 1 shotting the chest, but it happens even if the chest isn't being 1 shot. Redownloading the game and repairing the game files doesn't seem to help.

Steps to reproduce:
Each time before I attacked the chest I did the following:
1. Swapped damage familiars out with a large drop familiar
2. Swapped to my drop gear character preset
3. Used a Legion's Luck coupon and a Small Wealth Acquisition Potion
4. Attacked the chest with HEXA Demon Cry (which also simultaneously procs HEXA Dark Metamorphosis and Demonic Plume)
5. Sometimes crash to desktop with the generic "You have been disconnected from the login server" message

I haven't been able to reproduce this at will or in practice boss runs. It's seemingly completely random.
