This is a concept with a very unique playstyle with fun and different movement than anything else in the game utilizing frost and ice to get around while dual-wielding frost daggers / short frost blades.

Characteristics:
Very Low damage.
Low range.
High mobility.
Moderately-High supportive capabilities.

Stats Used:
Luck as the Main Stat.
Intelligence as the Secondary Stat.
Magic Attack as the only form of attack stat.
Deals Magical Damage for the damaging skills. (This will be a magic damage dealing Thief. Full Thief, not a hybrid, with the stats of a mage in reverse.)

Weapons:
Primary: Frost Blade
Secondary: Frost Dagger, can be starforced and cannot use shields. Required to use skills and attacks.

NOTE: There is no horizontal jump or vertical jump.

JOB 0:

Frost Trail:
Passive: As you move around, create a frost trail on the ground for up to 10 seconds [increases with Summon Duration], granting 30% increased movement speed for self and party members that move on it exceeding the movement speed limits and slowing monsters, including boss monsters, by 30% that lingers for 2 seconds.

JOB 1:

Frost Blade / Frost Dagger:
Passive: Alternate between Frost Blade and Frost Dagger with every skill use, starting with Frost Blade.

Active:
Frost Blade: Perform a powerful slash from top to bottom, dealing damage to up to 6 monsters.

Frost Dagger: Perform a spinning slash all around you, dealing damage to up to 6 monsters.

Icy Dash:
Quickly dash left or right, this can be used in the air, and create another effect based on whether Frost Blade or Frost Dagger is ready to use.

Frost Blade: Freeze (stun) struck monsters for 2 seconds, including boss monsters, the same monster can be frozen once every 10 seconds.

Frost Dagger: Inflict Freezing Blood to struck monsters for 10 seconds, self and party members heal for 12% HP every time they damage a monster inflicted with Freezing Blood, the same target can be healed by this once every 0.5 second.

JOB 2:

Frost Dagger Toss:
Passive: Increase the damage to Frost Blade / Frost Dagger further.

Active: Throw your Frost Dagger forward, dealing heavy damage to up to 12 monsters, and remaining at the end of its attack range for 5 seconds or until retrieved.
Frost Dagger Toss cannot be used without your Frost Dagger in hand and only Frost Blade can be used.

While Frost Dagger remains in play, party members near it receive 15% increased Final Damage.

Icicle Tower:
Hold: Spin around rapidly, quickly accelerating upwards and dealing damage to monsters near you, leaving behind a tower of icicles for up to 15 seconds. More than one tower can be play at a time.

Icicle tower can be jumped and stood on like it is a platform by self and party members, keep jumping to stand on higher platforms of the tower.
Icicle tower applies as a Frost Trail while standing on it.

JOB 3:

Frost Blade Hurl:
Passive: Increase the damage of Frost Blade / Frost Dagger further.

Active: Hurl your Frost Dagger forward that gets affected by gravity, dealing heavy damage to up to 12 monsters, and remaining where it collided on the ground for 5 seconds or until retrieved.
Frost Blade Hurl cannot be used without your Frost Blade in hand and only Frost Dagger can be used. If Frost Blade and Frost Dagger are not in hand, then Frost Blade / Frost Dagger cannot be used and Icy Dash does not apply any additional effect.

While Frost Blade remains in play, party members near it receive 15% increased Final Damage, stacking multiplicatively with Frost Dagger's stationary effect.

Icy Dash Extension:
Toggle: While active, increase the range of Icy Dash further.

Icicle Tower Accelerator:
Toggle: While active, double the speed at which you move at while using Icicle Tower.

Absolute Zero Trail:
Passive: Frost Trails' slow is increased to 50%.

Toggle: While active, your Frost Trails now deal damage to monsters every half-second.

JOB 4:

Icicle Crash:
Passive: Enhance Frost Blade / Frost Dagger further with improved visuals, increased range, increased damage, and can hit up to 8 monsters.

Hold: Slam downwards with a giant icicle, dealing damage to monsters you pass through and reducing their defense by 40% for 60 seconds, you can go through platforms.

If you slam into the ground, create a frost shockwave on both sides of you that runs along the ground, dealing damage to struck monsters and reducing their defense by 40% for 60 seconds.

Puff of Frost:
Create a puff of frost at your location that remains for up to 30 seconds, dealing damage every second to monsters inside, and self and party members inside gain the Dark Sight effect that lingers for 2 seconds upon exiting. Attacking will immediately remove the Dark Sight effect.

Frozen Air:
Toggle: While active, when the Frost Dagger and/or Frost Blade is in play, freeze the air around it to deal damage to monsters near it every second.

HYPER SKILLS

PASSIVES:
1: Frost Blade / Frost Dagger, Frost Dagger Toss, and Frost Blade Hurl gain +20% Damage.
2: Frost Blade / Frost Dagger, Frost Dagger Toss, and Frost Blade Hurl gain +20% Ignore Enemy Defense.
3: Frost Blade / Frost Dagger, Frost Dagger Toss, and Frost Blade Hurl gain +1 Attacks.

4: Frost Dagger Toss can remain in play for +5 seconds longer (10 seconds total) and offers +5% more Final Damage (20% total).
5: Frost Blade Hurl can remain in play for +5 seconds longer (10 seconds total) and offers +5% more Final Damage (20% total).
6: Icicle Crash causes self to bounce back into the air if you crash into the ground.

7: Frost Trails grant +20% (50% total) increased movement speed for self and party members.
8: Icy Dash's effect with Frost Blade will freeze monsters for +1 (3 seconds total) second longer.
9: Freezing Blood's healing rate is now unrestricted and heals every time you damage the monster.

ACTIVES:
1: Frost Dagger Rain:
Rain down a flurry of frost daggers from the sky, dealing massive damage to up to 15 monsters, and applying Freezing Blood to struck monsters.

Cooldown: 30 seconds.

2: Frost Blade Storm:
Rapidly spin around with a frost blade over 3 seconds, causing you to ascend upwards and gaining 50% damage reduction, including from % HP attacks, dealing damage to struck monsters and Freezing them for 6 seconds, the same monster can be Frozen once every 10 seconds.

Cooldown: 45 seconds.

[NOTE: For clarity, the freeze timer is shared with Icy Dash's effect.]

3: Strengthened Ice:
For the next 60 seconds, Frost Trails grant self and party members on it 20% Damage.

Cooldown: 120 seconds.

JOB 5:

1: Deathflake:
Hold: Freeze yourself, which can suspend you in the air, and form a massive snowflake all around you, dealing damage every 0.1 second to struck monsters and slowing all movement from monsters by 75%.

The longer you use Deathflake for, the more MP gets consumed every second.

Cooldown: 7 seconds, applies after the effect ends.

2: Snowball of Destruction:
Summon a snowball that rolls forward and is affected by gravity, growing in size as it travels and dealing massive damage to struck monsters, exploding when it touches the end of the map.

If you use Icy Dash and collide with this snowball, then you will enter inside of it to travel with it and become invincible. Use Icy Dash when inside to exit out of the snowball early.

Cooldown: 60 seconds.

3: Frost Rings:
Passive: Using Icy Dash will summon forth a vertical frost ring after a set distance, up to 3 per Icy Dash, that expands outward over 1 second, dealing damage to struck monsters.

4: Snow Clone:
Mimic either self or a party member as a snow version for the next 60 seconds or until used again that remains at the created location, causing all skills that the selected caster performs to be copied by the Snow Clone at 10% (+1% per 4,000 LUK) Final Damage, up to 40% Final Damage.

Snow Clone has a chance for its copied skills to deal double damage at a 30% (+1% per 1,000 INT) chance.

Only one Snow Clone can be in play at a time.

Cooldown: 15 seconds.

[NOTE: For clarity, the Snow Clone does more damage based on Luck which is the main stat and has a chance to deal double damage based on Intelligence which is this concept's secondary stat.]

Snow Clone Selector:
With every skill use, cycle between self or a selected party member to use Snow Clone on.

My first reaction to this was "Do we really need another Luck-based class?" But this sounds interesting. Kind of odd, but interesting. Not for me, since I'm a solo player, but still interesting.

I made sure the concept is fun in solo play too, you would deal way more damage solo and a lot less while as a support role since there is a trade off of sacrificing your own damage to increase the damage of the party and focus on upkeeping debuffs and buffs on the party and positioning those buffs.

While solo, you would ignore throwing the weapons out and snow clone yourself, and just focus on dealing the most damage possible.

Mobbing gameplay is a constant rotation setup, an active summoner like Lara, but done in a much different style.
