Didn't Receive Tera Burninator reward

Hi, I play on the GMS Kronos Hardcare server, and I recently began participating in the Mu Lung Midnight Carnival event, and the reward for receiving Junior rank designer is a Tera Burninator, however when I try to receive the reward the game does not give it to me.

I haven't received the reward before, and I began the event less than 14 days ago, and I double checked the storage and inventory of all of my characters, and it's simply not there. Please help me figure out how to get this reward.
