Princess Suzume/Ninja Castle: No Rewards

In Zipangu, at the Ninja Castle, you can kill the Gigatoad in under 10 minutes to fight the Frenzied Gigatoad and get one Golden Toad statue each time. in the map "Inside the Castle Gate" at Ninja Castle, you can talk to Princess Suzume and exchange 10 Golden toads for cosmetic outfit or shoes, or 15 for a cosmetic hat -- I farmed 10 golden toad statues (Which is not easy at any level, tbh) and the quest gave me NOTHING

I also didn't get the reward I was supposed to get from the quest where you turn in the Gigatoad Wallet and the Daimyo's Stolen Armrest either, it just showed a question-mark block

Can I please get the reward (I wanted the coat outfit piece) that I am owed for this turn-in, and possibly also the quest reward?
