MISSING PERMANENT CASH ITEMS FROM AVATAR

Decorative/Cash items that were BOUGHT from Auction House and I was WEARING on my avatar have banished from my account/inventory. This happened when I updated game with Carcion Octo Fest update during September 24-25/2025.

When I clicked my server "Scania", a message popped up saying a character was deleted. Not sure if that's related to this disappearance but next thing I noticed were the missing items from my Sia(WishUponSky) account. When I logged into my Sia(WishUponSky), the items were in fact gone.

Missing items I recall:
-White Yeti Chat Ring
-White Yeti Label Ring
-White-Robed Warrior Hat
-Secret Lady(F)
-Weapon cover with the word "Ring" on it. I dont remember the full name...

Before this, I had also made a report on "MISSING BOUGHT ITEMS FROM AUCTION HOUSE" which got resolved with this Carcion Octo Fest update. I got those back with this update. But now I'm missing items I was wearing and that were untradeable... Maybe it could be related?
