Bug type: characters organization at log in won't save after relogging

Brief bug summary: rearrange your characters order at log in and save , leave game , return , new rearrangement doesn't save and is all back to old order

Character name: Ckuchillo (Main) but is with all my characters

Character level: 285

Character job: Night Lord

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: since new UI was introduced, EDT

    found out what makes it happen, i had no slots for 2 hidden characters , and because of this the new order wouldn't save
