Brief bug summary: the 'lock' button in the new bag storage UI has untranslated text when clicked

More details:

Clicking on the button to lock an item's position in the bag storage UI changes the button's text to Korean that has not been translated to English. I assume it's supposed to say 'unlock' when clicked.

Steps to reproduce:

Click on the 'lock' button in any bag's storage interface.
