Bug type: UI, Missing Content

Brief bug summary: Since the new UI update, the Equipment Inventory, the old home of the Vessel tab, has not had a new assignment for the Vessel tab or placement of such.

More details: Commerci Voyages have a progression point where players upgrade their vessels with Commerci coins from those voyages to unlock increased stamina. Needed to max out the greatest potential gains per day. The same UI to upgrade the vessel also shows unique drops and loot players get at a rare chance to enhance voyage rewards.

Steps to reproduce: Open the Equipment Inventory. Fairly certain this is a universal issue and not unique to player/job/server.
