Are Fan Gathering Events Allowed?

HELLO!

I'm looking to put together a small scale non-profit social gathering event for the MapleStory community.
The event would be based on the "First Time Together" PQ that would offer freebies to ticketed attendees. Tickets would be sold solely to fund the event.

I was wondering if anyone has ever done anything like this before, outside of the official MapleFest events?

Is there any track record of how Nexon usually views these types of events? Should I expect a cease and desist if I attempt to organize an event of this caliber?

I've been trying to get a hold of someone at Nexon's PR team or anyone else that might be able to answer these questions with no luck so far, but hopefully I'm able to get some answers on the official forum.

    5-6 yrs Ago a facebook group dive altogether and we all hung out at six path crossway via discord. Besides that everyone else was too busy in real life.

    I had posted a poll on Reddit to see how appealing it would be to the general community, and it got some pretty good traction.

    It'd be hosted on a Saturday and probably wouldn't take place until 4 - 6 months from now (assuming I get approval), so people would def have the time to plan out making the time for the event if they were interested.

    I just have a ton of ideas I'd like to see come to fruition and think it'd be a fun experience for whoever was able to attend.

    I've seen a ton of people putting together Love and Deep Space events on their own, and I want to emulate something like that with MapleStory if possible!

    If ever i get the chance i would like to go Maplecon!, but sad to say it needs to come to Canada :neutral:
