Deleted All My Characters in Interactive

I am just posting that there was a wipe of ALL my characters in interactive. I am aware that they were deleting character that were inactive, but these were in my account that I still play to this day.

I have also logged in right before the world merge.

What happened was that I had over 58 characters, but the UI AND Nexon's official support article stated I had until January 2026 to figure it out

I NEVER received a warning whatsoever that any of these characters were threatened for deletion as they stated there would be a warning if it was flagged in patch notes. I never received the warning "a pop-up notification will appear when you enter the Character Selection screen confirming that all characters in that world are no longer flagged. " but only the hidden character selection.

My gosh, I hope Nexon can help me figure this out. I'm so beyond frustrated.
