Normal Equipment Visual Effects Toggle is broken

After v.263 "Carcion Octo Fest" patch, non-NX items cannot have their visual effects toggled on or off. Right-clicking the item does nothing.

For people who want to hide certain effects without removing the gear, they cannot. For people who had the effect off before the update but now wish to see the effect, they cannot turn them back on.

Items Impacted by this: Sengoku Totems (Sanada Yukimura, Honda Tadakatsu, Uesugi Kenshin), Konosuba Totems (Kazuma, Aqua, Megumin, Darkness), Goo Totem, Wings of Fate (cape), Genesis Weapon, Akechi weapons

This is unacceptable. For some of these items, like the Konosuba Totems, players spent money to obtain them. This is false advertising for those who cannot see the visual effect as advertised

Nexon has not acknowledged this as an issue yet.

    This bug is also affecting cash shop cape items - characters that had their cash shop cape effect toggled off before the v.264 patch, where the UI for effects was updated, cannot toggle their cape effect back on. This affects any cape with effects that could be toggled off. IMO this is just as egregious of a bug as the whole point of NX items that players spend money on is to have a visual effect, and the GMs that have replied back on the support ticket I submitted seem to think it's a user error..
